SOBRE LOS CASOS DE CONTAMINACION TRANSFRONTERIZA EN EL DERECHO INTERNACIONAL En los temas de contaminación transfronteriza, académicamente, habría que recordar los tres casos clásicos sobre el tema en el Derecho Internacional: el caso del Trail Smelter, el caso del Lago Lanoux y el caso del Canal de Corfú.
